What we do
DivorceInIreland.ie publishes general information about separation agreements, mediation, judicial separation, divorce and related financial and family issues. It also provides a consent-based enquiry route to participating professional advisers.
What we do not do
We are not a law firm, accountancy practice, valuation firm or financial advisory business. We do not provide professional advice. Each participating professional is responsible for their own conflicts, engagement and advice.
How the service is funded
Participating solicitors, accountants, pension advisers, valuers, investigators and mediators may pay a fixed listing, marketing or territory fee. We do not take a percentage of professional fees. Commercial arrangements do not alter your freedom to choose an adviser.
